The modern hotel features a great location with direct access to the underground city tunnels, making it convenient during rainy weather. The blue room was well-decorated and comfortable. However, the Quadruple room felt cramped, not allowing enough space for luggage, and cleaning could be improved, especially under furniture. Only having two laundry machines felt insufficient given the guest traffic.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing helpful services. A convenience store right outside was a bonus for late-night snacks! Fresh air through the opened window made the stay enjoyable.

The breakfast options could have included more continental choices, as the focus was primarily on the delicious homemade Belgian waffles.

stayed at dans le coeur osaka umeda for 5 nights and loved the location! it was very central, just a short walk to the train station. the room setup was practical, with comfy beds and plenty of pillows. i appreciated the small fridge and charging options by the beds, which made our stay even nicer. the staff was friendly, and there were tons of food options nearby.
