The room was big size and brand-new as requested. A safe box, multi-channel television, and a fridge were useful. The hotel had a very central location and it was short walk from Honden-ji Temple. There were pubs and bars walk from the place.

Spacious and modern rooms with central heating, a personal safe, and a TV with many channels. Plus, you can enjoy a relaxing bath in the bathroom 🛁.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Dans Le Coeur Osaka Umeda. The location is fantastic, with underground passages leading to the metro and train stations right on our doorstep. We loved being close to 7-11 stores and a variety of restaurants. The room was immaculately clean, and the housekeeping service was outstanding. Despite being in the city center, the room was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel itself is beautiful, with an art gallery that added a unique touch. The bed was spacious and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest. we highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if we return to Osaka.

The breakfast selection is fantastic and the location is very convenient, with shops, restaurants, bars, and a department store close by for exploring.

The room had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a refrigerator, and a work desk, which was convenient.

The room was tidy and exceptionally comfortable, we really enjoyed it. And the facilities were clean. The staff was enthusiastic, super-friendly all the time.

Hotel Dans Le Coeur Osaka Umeda provides a buffet breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. Well, at least I didn't have to starve or pay extra for internet access.

Oh, and did I mention how much I loved the lovely view of the brick wall from my window? Absolutely breathtaking.

This venue is ideally situated close to the train station with consistently friendly and pleasant staff present throughout the stay.

The hotel was spotless and brand new, with stunning interiors from the pajamas to the upholstery. The location was mind-blowing, with access to a wide range of transportation choices and an underground tunnel of shops and restaurants. The staff spoke English well and the payment machine was super efficient. a jaw-droppingly convenient base for exploring the city. Couldn't recommend more!

The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping area and a bus stop. It also has laundry facilities that we found very useful. the room amenities were great including an air purifier and a humidifier.

The noise from the busy street was disturbing at times, and the small room had very limited storage space. We also struggled to get our heavy luggage up the flight of stairs from the underground mall.

The hotel is definitely recommended to others. Staff is very pleasant and super friendly and you can park your car outside. It offers good services. I see that free Wi-Fi worked well throughout the property. They have lots of meals to choose from, the food is excellent.
